If he wants to get his message across and educate people he should write in a less demeaning manner. The only people (for the most part) that are going to read and enjoy this book are vegetarians / vegans. While I appreciate what he is trying to get across I think he is going about it the wrong way. There are probably a ton of good quotes in that book though. I think that’s exactly what he’s shooting for though, talk to tough guys like a tough guy and maybe they’ll listen if you speak their language? I don’t agree or disagree with how he’s going about it, I just think its going to be goddamn entertaining. It is a welcome change from the usual peace, love, and tofu type garbage that’s prevalent in vegetarian culture.

yeah, i really doubt his intended audience is just the meat eating general public. people don't want to read things that are condescending, generally. i think he's addressing just those people who think vegetarianism is gay or whatever. there are a lot of these people that i have to see or talk to every day. i think this dude is probably somewhat of an idiot, but i dig this shit regardless.

I might read it, it would probably be great for a laugh and radical propaganda intrigues me.

-This style of writing is similar to certain people who post on this board. Except he seems to have used spellcheck and had it proofread. A quick scan provided me with those two grammar gems. Maybe it is just his rough copy.

It is a welcome change from the usual peace, love, and tofu type garbage that’s prevalent in vegetarian culture. I actually agree with this. It seems like a totally useless book, but I guess it is cool that there is finally a vegetarian that isn't a huge pussy.

Good point. It still seems a little more coherent than some FOTD tough guy banter. Barely. All I'm saying is I want to read a book about why real sports are for pussies and seriously down fuckers use wii fit. Tearing up fields and shit with soccer cleats? Do you want to live in some sort of "barren wasteleand dick wad"?

this sounds interesting. I'm not gonna stop eating meat though, cause I like meat, and not eating meat can be expensive. I don't need to live to 150, I'd be happy to die at 70, and I'm gonna do some damn good barbecueing until then, sorry guys.
however, Ive always been curious anout herbs and preventative medicine. I need a way to learn about this stuff.

I don't eat meat. My groceries cost me like $80 - $100 a month, at most. It's not as expensive as everyone thinks it is.
