Ok, we have none but I will keep asking around. I'm sure someone has to have some.

As well I think we need to start booking more shows to raise awareness about the place. Are there any local bands who would be willing to play for free as a benefit to the venue? Maybe some mixed-genre shows to get people out and to keep it less monotonous.

alright peeps, we only have a couple weeks left to get some weekend rentals/bookings going on, so if you have a band and want to have a place for all ages shows, seriously consider booking one with us asap if you want this place to last! if we can get by this month we will be alright in the future, as i am actually coming into some money which i will be sinking into the place... so lets hope we can make it until then.

Alright guys, we need to book a good 4-5 show rentals here by the end of next week if this place is going to stay open another month.
If you have a band and can get $200 together to book a show in August, seriously consider getting in touch with us ASAP or the place will be gone. We need more support from Windsor. Our rent is $1000 and our hydro bill is about 200-250 per month. I'm sure we don't mind paying some from our own pockets, but this month has been absolutely brutal in terms of upcoming rentals.
If you want this place to stay open, think about it. As I said before, if we make rent this month we will be absolutely fine for the following months and even able to make improvements on the place.
Even if your not in a band and want to throw some money into the pot, it would be appreciated. And if any bands book for next month and we are forced to close, you willl be refunded in full.
Right now I wanna keep this shit going, how bout everyone else?

Its my sad duty to inform ya'll that after just nine weeks James and I have decided to close 1021 Ottawa. We moved in here on a shoestring budget just to try to get things going but the place is expensive and since it hasnt really been paying the bills we just don't have any other choice.
However i have the means to open up a new space as early as September if I find the right spot. I'm thinking something cheaper, bigger, rattier.
